Agree 100%We back.
We are as good as anyone in the country.
Time to prove it.
Couldn’t have said it better. He is going to be a STUDTy is going to be an incredible college basketball player when it is all said and done and an even better player in the NBA. His growth, his ability to focus, his motor. The fact he sat out most of the second half for the last few games before this is damning. #freeTY
Many coaches don't transition well to Big Time Conferences, many other factors than just coaching and bball. You really need to get top players, an occasional blue blood type players but most in the 35-100 range. He has recruited some good players that have transferred or gone pro early. BU has done a better job of ID a mix of veteran talent and young players.Am I wrong to think he is a good coach but has maybe got himself in trouble recruiting too many offensively talented guys and getting away a bit from what he did at Butler? I feel like his teams were a lot tougher at Butler and his first year or 2 at OSU.
In a somewhat rare moment, I agreed with Bardo on Hawkins T. It’s been building. I was at the Indiana game and he spent quite A bit of time complaining about calls.Funny thing is I don’t think Coleman deserved one here, there’s been times I thought he has. Weird refereed game.
I’ve thrown some shade on Peacock before, so I must say I had zero issues tonight other than a couple of flickers mid-game. In fact I thought the picture was better than on BTN. Could be the lighting at Value City though.TSJ noticeably went right often, and that helped his flow.
Peacock had a bad game. The camera was stuck on that overhead view and then the network started malfunctioning on that last camera too before adjusting. Audio quality was average for me.
Team moved the ball. Freshmen showed tenacity.
Refs impacted the game, which is normally not good, but we need to keep our heads, especially one guy.
I’m happy with how we won.
To me, this is key. I know Hansberry got hurt; DGL should've been playing more minutes. I get the small rotation and was even encouraged that their conditioning could be il supremo come tournament time.Brad finally listened to me and let the young guys get some tick ... Lol ...
DGL provided some much-needed energy ... Hansberry with a nice take down the lane ...
When our older guys don't give us a bite defensively ... Hope Brad goes back to those young guys ...

I am not as concerned with QG, I really think it’s down to exhaustion and a few days of well earned rest is going to do a lot of good for the upcoming stretch. C-Hawk behavior Is a little more disappointing. Still, he’s a young man caught up in the emotion of the game. Here’s hoping he’s learned his lesson and continues as a team leader and positive influence on the younger players.Really impressive win tonight. There were a lot of good things tonight
-TSJ being alive again
-Great minutes from Amani and Lawhorn (they should've gotten a few minutes in the 2nd half)
-Excellent minutes from Dain, especially rebounding and being alive defensively.
-Great offensive flow and execution tonight.
-Fantastic game from Ty, he was the lynchpin of the first half.
The bad:
-A little concerning that Quincy is starting to become inconsistent recently. For a while you could book him as a double-double machine and it was almost all energy and occasional open 3's. Right now his activity is sluggish, his aggressiveness is almost non-existent (turning down open 3's), he's not cutting much or driving, and has become undependable from 3 & the line. I'm not trying to pour on the guy, but it's more that I see him as being VERY valuable and we need him.
-Defense in the first half until the last few minutes was very bad.
-Coleman is supposed to be our veteran leader and he just didn't play well tonight and was very immature getting that tech (honestly he's been begging to get one lately).
Agreed. It looked like BU said "I told you" to Coleman. I think we all knew a T was coming soon. Glad it didn't change the game.In a somewhat rare moment, I agreed with Bardo on Hawkins T. It’s been building. I was at the Indiana game and he spent quite A bit of time complaining about calls.
Then I believe another week off until @MSU.Now they have several days off to Sunday to rest those legs before Nebraska. Did pretty good over a really rough stretch of games.
Honestly glad Coleman got the tech out of the way in a game where it doesn't matter.Really impressive win tonight. There were a lot of good things tonight

Yeah. i was not impressed. We needed one like that! TSJ got back into form. Great minutes from Dain and the rest of the bench. Well executed and kept our heads in the game.
Refs made some iffy calls at times. But the real loser was Peacock. I work in Tech. and have never seen a major company put out a more frustrating/embarrassing product. How do I get my money back?
TSJ tonight
Maybe order one less beer than normal next time you’re out and that will cover the cost?We needed one like that! TSJ got back into form. Great minutes from Dain and the rest of the bench. Well executed and kept our heads in the game.
