QG at times just seems like a grown !!! man playing against JV high schoolers.
This! Total miss by the rankings. At this point I gotta trust our staff more than the rankings on a HS kid. And almost everyone, including myself, on this board held Coleman to a higher standard than the 49th best PF in his class because we saw the potential he possessed. Yes he gets over emotional at times but without that emotion he might just perform as the 49th best PF in his class. Keep on being you Coleman!Coleman Hawkins was ranked by 247 as the 49th best PF in his class.
Not player... 49th best Power Forward.
Watching him blossom into a bonafide star has been a lot of fun.
He was definitely a defensive liability. It won't be when we need to get stops defensively ... Michigan hunted him out every possession he was in there ...
I really like the kid offensively and I see the potential ... But he has a long way to go defensively in order to see meaningful minutes ... Especially for a coach like Brad where defense is non-negotiable...
Special game to rebound from the loss to the twerps at home last Sunday.......We are a TEAM of winners.........chemistry is great.....maturity is great ..........BB skills are great...........So sad that our All American is sidelined by some BS allegations.....
I for one believe Juwan Howard has coached his way into a lifetime contract.
I’ve never heard someone sound so paradoxically both calm and on the edge of freaking out as Juwan, lmao…
"I like just being able to take someone's ball and just laugh."
THAT is why I love that dude. The three point shooting is nice but his defense is ++."I like just being able to take someone's ball and just laugh."
We laughed along with you, CoHawk. Thank you. I'll now sleep that particularly deep sleep of satisfaction that crushing Michigan on the road summons.
Really hope Jaxteys can turn into CH 2.0This! Total miss by the rankings. At this point I gotta trust our staff more than the rankings on a HS kid. Fletch would give him the 'olI don't think Juwan wants that smoke ...
Juwan tried to hit one of our guys ... Y'all would see what Brad was talking bout with that Pizza Hut parking lot ...
Juwan would be saying ...
He was getting cooked!!! And then i noticed we hadn't seen Harmon yet and I felt it was more of a lesson to Harmon than assuming Moretti was a solution to an issue. It won't be when we need to get stops defensively ... Michigan hunted him out every possession he was in there ...

See if you can find my Go Blow shirt from the late 80’s while your at it.If you found this in the horseshoe, row 14 at the football game in 2010, it's mine. Bought it for the next home game, forgot it and been mad ever since.
I was wondering about this as well. Looked like BU was in a church basement. Can someone explain the odd postgame setup for Coach Underwood, compared to that of Howard? It's like he's sitting in an old classroom. Very odd.
Exactly. Completely emasculating, taking all those balls!THAT is why I love that dude. The three point shooting is nice but his defense is ++.
Looked like he almost coughed the ball up about 3-4 times, too … but to his credit, I guess, he didn’t!Also, while it was nice to see Nico get some time, he's got a long way to go defensively before he'll be able to hang in a B1G game.
Also a lot of frustration.Coleman Hawkins was ranked by 247 as the 49th best PF in his class.

On another note, I’m old enough to remember Michigan basketball sucking for almost 20 years before Belein’s good teams … this is just order being restored.I'm old enough to remember when fans here said stupid s*** like theyd rather coleman go pro than come back. LOL
I wonder if there are any of those "what ifs" going through Guerrier's mind. "What if I had committed to Illinois on day one?" That sort of thing.Quincy Guerrier ... I think has been the MVP of our season ... I mean that dude is playing at such an elite level ... Might be the best cutter that Brad has had ...
Crashes the glass every possession ... Makes open shots ... Never question his effort ... Not hunting for shots ... Just the complete opposite of a certain guy we had last year ...
I just keep thinking about how he was the missing piece on that 2020-2021 team ... And how if Brad had him all 5 years ... How good would this dude be ...
Special player ... Really enjoy watching him play ...
