I believe that can be said of all the experts in that trade and that goes back to the days when it wasn't nearly as confoluted .. Allen Wallace, SuperPrep, Joe Terranova... Just the nature of the business.... Their recruiting coaches don't even know

Man I hope this is true! Another player with legit D1 offers. It would seem that Lovie is using is NFL experience to the advantage of Illinois. It's obvious that the coaches have experience and know what it takes to get to the next level, and it seems to be a major selling point. I know most figured this would be the case, but I wasn't sure how well it would be accepted.

Transfer is Darryl Long from Kentucky. I think a great fit. #606 on the 247 composite, 3 star with a lot of offers out of high school. We very much need a TE and sitting a year will benefit him. Have to imagine he decides soon since school starts in the next couple weeks.
