I'm just wondering, but has Illinois looked into Mt. Carmel's Jackson Marcotte? At 6-8 and 220/230, he's been garnering SEC attention. If Illinois has not looked into him yet, I would.

Luke Ford confirmed to Lovie today that he will visit Friday. Ford will also visit several other programs shortly thereafter including 2 B1G, 2 Big12, & 2 SEC schools. As for Bama, Saban has given Ford a couple specific dates he wants him to visit, but not until April. This will be a big weekend for illini with Ford and Lutheran North St Louis DE Ronnie Perkins on campus. Both at the top of board at their position.

+1. No knock on Luke, but based on Rivals and 247, he's the sixth-highest ranked TE to have an offer from Bama (must be nice). Probably not a commitable offer at this juncture (very well could be at some point).

Are they actually coming in? I just saw a poster where it says "St.Louis takeover" and it had a picture of all those players in a Illinois uniform. Have we ever had a states top 7 visit us at the same time before?

That's amazing. St. Louis has so much talent in the Class of 2018. I know our chances with some of these guys are very slim but getting three or four of the above players would be huge.

Guys like Brown, Adeoye and Eleby are realistic gets for us. Eleby visited us a couple of times last year.

That's where I got the list from. Larry Boyd tweeted it out and then Trinity Catholic's coach also tweeted about the STL takeover.

If that's the case, this will be a huge weekend!
