I heard on the JW show that Isaiah wants to win and is willing to play other positions if that is what it is going to take (slot receiver would be my guess). But unless one of these incoming QBs really comes in and stands out, I think he will be the QB.

Right now on Rivals Illinois has the #33 class for 2019. It's actually third among schools with only 2 commitments. If we nab I. Williams I think we'd jump into the Top 20 easily (maybe Top 15?), especially considering tOSU is #18 with two 2 four star and one 3 star commitment. We'd have a 5-star, a high 4-star, and a 2-star.

Let us hope in 2 years, our main focus can actually be on the field and not on the hope of what might come in. But yes this is going to be an exciting 2-3 years of recruiting for sure!

The Phillips Academy kids are a strong bet. McCray and Thompson. Hopefully, that will tip the scale for Billingsley.

I was thinking how awesome would it be if it was a video of all the Trinity prospects committing to IL together!

Neither of them mentioned the fact that if he were to decommit, he'd look awfully silly after all the cheerleading he continues to do on social media. Yes, I realize these are 17 year old kids, but certainly he takes his reputation seriously. And he really seems genuine, too, which is awesome. :chief:

Okay thanks, I figured it'd be for QB beings as that isn't a super strong position for us as of right now and he plays QB for Trinity but I was just curious since he's just listed as an Athlete (I would assume due to his height).

Honestly, I think it’s to stop National expert harassment on Twitter. The national experts get bombarded with random fans asking for justifications on Every selection. Truth is that most people could infer the selections anyway, but I think this at least spreads deincentivises belligerent tweets

MB is already beloved by Illini Nation. He started all of this buzz and has been so active in recruiting other '19 prospects & it's only been 10 days. If he somehow sells 2 or 3 of his crew (Sorrells, Curry, Young, Murray, Ellis, Anderson) on joining him in the O&B, this could be the greatest class in our history.:ms:

The timeline goes perfectly with what Mike55 said on here a week and a half ago. And the movie clip emoji commonly means he is releasing a commitment video....but he has never came out and said "I am committing Friday" I would say if he does not commit Friday, A LOT of people are going to be pissed :D
