There's not a single mention of this on Twitter. Would certainly be interesting if true.
Multiple coaches from Arizona State followed Jones on social media in the wake of the news. Arizona State has one of the thinnest quarterback rooms among Power Five schools. Other schools that did the same were North Texas, Akron, Arkansas State and Rice.

we have some nice targets still on the board. Elzy, hill and pierce feel like prize gets. Throw in a few pass rushers and a few DBs from Florida. I love that this staff seems to know who they want.
