We need all of these recruits to commit! Need OL badly, need upgrades at WR.
While I share your enthusiasm, the vast majority of '23s are not even close to committing. Especially, highly coveted kids. And when they do, more often than not, it's to a top program.

The flip side is that you never know and you have to try. I like our chances a whole lot more with this staff than recent iterations.

Yeah, all of these are long-haul recruitments.

With classes starting tomorrow, will there be a press conference to finally talk about transfers? At this point I'm just looking for something to take my mind off todays game. And the post game thread.

Are there any to report outside of Tommy?

Can the recruit keep the Illini swag as part of the recruiting process? Is that something the school can provide either at an in home visit or an official visit to the school?

Guys this size and smaller have made it to the NFL. We have to remember this is at the collegiate level and not only can this guy play college ball but can also have an impact depending on his position/special teams. Deuce Vaughn at K-State is a perfect example and he is only 5'6. If you have game you will get the playing time. Cohen and Sproles at 5'6", Trindon Holliday was 5'5". He will add to his frame, not like he will stay 140, 150, etc
