Still have my sights set on frustrated 4*/5* Freshmen & Sophmores from the SEC who can't get on the field.........
Agree, but there will be a nation wide competition for those. I'm confident we can set up a system to get more of these players.

I remember Prairie Ridge a little bit. I drove by it occasionally back when Motorola had a facility in McHenry.

Harper only had 4 tackles last year for Louisville? They must like something in his film!

It was nearly brand new when I started there, we called it "Prison Ridge" because it was so sort of cold and faceless. They've done a lot with the place since.

Football wise, the whole triple option scheme came in well after I was gone. It's a shame, I would have loved playing that way.

Just saying, it looked the same last year and CG won. But yes my wife and I said the same thing about the size differential!
Big difference between the quality of PR this year and CG last year. PR could not stop anyone all season. CG was a good defensive team in 2021.

it seems that there are some players now transferring up a level or laterally multiple times over 3-4 years.
is the rule still only ONE lateral move within FBS without needing to sit out ?
I know once players "graduate" , they are grad transfers and then its I guess as often as they want before they exhaust eligibilty.

but are undergrad players still limited to one "free" transfer, or is it open season to move on whenever they want ?

well, that's something i don't want to hear. Maybe we have to hope for a Lovett transfer and a Collin Dixon commitment. He committed to Fickell before and then de-commits, and now he is taking a visit to Fickell's new team? That's got a weird feeling to it.
Weird how? It's a coach he likes at a bigger program. If he decommitted from Cincinnati because he wanted a bigger team and conference for more exposure, it could just be the right set of circumstances for him.

I don't like it because it doesn't feel great for our chances, but I don't think there's anything suspicious about it

Meaning it could be a weird feeling for us and our chances of landing him.

Staff had a great season and needs to ride that success to close on a few guys. Tough breaks for Elzy's previously committed coach is now at Wisconsin and Hill's other finalist is in the playoffs but you have to find a way to win a couple of these commitments to maintain your success.

Can't wait to find out who this is, Hopefully a QB.
yea. I mean, any time you can improve your overall team with a transfer that can give you valuable minutes, you like it, but that qb for UT (Card) stands out of the crowd duer to our need, and that lad (rb) from Ball state is intriguing due to his numbers and 2 years eligibility.

after that, we could use a 6'3" speedster at WR . Id say we need a 6'5" TE, but we never seem to utilize them when we do have one.
