So bizarre.....is Walters/Purdue......the favorite?
Jyaire doesn’t talk about recruiting … But I know his HS coach very well and he’s said all along Jyaire loves Walters and Henry …
It’s a very clear top 2 and not a top 5 IMO but who knows with Jyaire
That is huge getting Henderson in early as well. Feel like this young man is super athletic and has a ton of upside to be real special.
Watching in person and tape of Henderson play LT and McVay play RT reminds me of the first time I saw the King "Twin Towers" in the 90s. Rashard Griffith at 7 ft and Thomas Hamilton at 7'2". It is just something you don't forget watching...

If he does, it's pretty clear that it would've been us if Walters stayed (which would just be unfortunate)

honestly this is the take. even if the carousel didn't go how it did this year and Walters stayed another year before taking a HC position somewhere, we'd have to worry about him bringing whatever players/commits with him next year. Henry is most likely doing all he can to convince him to stay in state. We’ll see.

It’s going to be close between Purdue and Illinois but I think he will end up choosing Purdue. He just seems to be their type of player. Hope I’m wrong.

Do we know if NIL is playing a significant role here or if this is really a decision about fit/role/personnel?
As much as I’d love to see Hill in an Illini uniform, the fact that it’s us or Purdue is a win for me. Anybody, anybody bud Michigan!!

I'm still naive and living in the past. This thought never even crossed my mind.
But it's actually a great idea! Let's use Purdue as a test case, prior to backing up the Brinks truck for the new QB.
