Are Georgia's standards that high that they're not interested in a top 30 instate LB?

Also recruiting in the state of Georgia is different kettle of fish than recruiting in Illinois.
For example our best recruit Kaden Feagin would rank #32 among 2023 Georgia recruits and Malik Elzy would be ranked #29 (same link as before).
In 2024, Georgia has a 42 four-star+ recruits according to 247.
Georgia is often considered the best football state outside of the Florida/Texas/California triumvirate and they could pass California soon.
I found the Pat Embleton interview very interesting, especially because I’m not well versed in the ins and outs of recruiting.
