used to be that schools not named Bama, UGa, LSU , OhioSt , Clemson, Texas or USC could pull in a 5* or two .
Not so much anymore.
Michigan, ND, PSU and Okla might be able to get one every now and then, but most other schools have little to no chance. There are always exceptions though.
The majority of the P5 not named above , need to do it with a limited number of 4* and mostly 3* kids.
the portal is changing things a little in out favor, but then so is NIL in the other direction .
