Basically upgraded from Sed so I’ll take it

Unless I'm missing something, Sledge has not taken a snap in college. Sed didn't play a ton, but he played the past two years. We have no idea if he's an upgrade over McConnell.

I think I read 15 snaps, so certainly lightly tested to say the least. Agree, don’t know if he’s an upgrade over Sed. But 3 years eligibility and a big need — I’ll take it.

I'm assuming Illinois adds two, maybe three more defensive line transfers. Totally fine to roll the dice on a project like this.
Safe to say we will. We lost 5 of our top 6, so take 2 more and try to get 1-2 redshirt fresh/sophs on the field

Yep. I recommend still checking the labels at Whole Foods too. Even stuff that looks healthy there still has seed oils, preservatives, artificial flavors, gums, etc.

Not to be weird, but I’m in my mid-30s, have a 6 pack + I get my blood tested every 6 months and I have every key indicator in range.

What I’ve found works best for me is to eat real food: raw / grass fed milk, grass fed steak, pasture raised chicken, pasture raised eggs, I cook in grass fed tallow / ghee, have organic fruit and veggies with every meal, consume .8 - 1 gram of protein per pound i weigh per day. I avoid seed oils (canola oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, palm oil, etc). In grocery store food I look for things with coconut oil or avocado oil.

I don’t count calories. I don’t care how much sugar I eat each day (I just eat real sugar, organic honey / maple syrup / cane sugar / fruit).

You can lose weight by simply restricting calories regardless of where those calories come from (which that alone can add years to your life), but eating real food helps even more.

P.S. remember to exercise.
Autocorrect changed “whole foods” to Whole Foods. Quotation marks keeps things intact.

I've never set foot in one of those stores but we do enjoy a mostly “whole food” diet. As my brother says, “Real food doesn’t come in a box”. Some people suggest avoiding packaged foods with more than five ingredients. We’re very closely aligned with your diet overall. Life is good!

I promise this isn't sour grapes, but I would rather have Lee than Pride. Pride's ceiling is higher but Lee has already done what you hope Pride can do in 2024. If Illinois snagged one of Lee or Turner, I would be really happy. If they got both, that would be a huge turnaround for that room.

Lee just committed to A&M, so we get none. Have to hope our DB evals work out better than last year
