I know projecting based on rankings is a crapshoot, but man, it sure seems like this might be the best recruiting job we've done since the Zook days as far as fulfilling needs and sprinkling in some immediate game-changing talent.

Now just add a couple experienced CBs and a couple DLs, maybe an TE or WR, and I like the way this roster looks.

Per 247 it looks like the Illini signed the 14th best B1G class today out of 18. Not gonna move the needle forward much most likely. Gotta hope Coach B and his staff can really coach them up.
