My ? Is about Carson Boyd. He put up tremendous yardage both throwing and running and yet he is only a 3 star player on Rivals. What more did he have to do to be a legit 4 star.

We have to get transfers. We are losing our top 2 WR's, we have to replace that with experienced players. Also, We need help on the OL and DL. My guess is that Illinois will get about 10 transfers like they did last year.
Anything you can share on timeline of when we will get our next announcement(s)?

I’ve seen Boyd play a few times. He is really good at moving in the pocket, can take off and hurt defenses, is accurate …and makes good decisions. I believe he can compete at a high level in the B1G in the right offense. And I think he fits the current offensive scheme.
