Spring ball will sort out the WR room. I expect a departure or two. Even so, with the adds from portal + Trimble + a year of experience for everyone else, I think the depth and talent will make that group as good as this season … maybe better … just not sure if we’ll have an NFL level talent like PB or IW. Still … very exciting. Shore up the OL, stay reasonably healthy, and we potentially could have a Top 3 or 4 offense in the B1G next season.

He can play both … Plan would be for him to play inside for us …

Davis, Wingfield, Kreutz, Henderson, Priestly …
Really, really solid!
Is Wingfield a tackle? Or can he play tackle? Think I saw somewhere on X that he was the third highest graded tackle for PFF in last year's portal cycle (JC Davis was #1). But looks like he played guard at PU.

I'm a massive Illinois basketball fan and have always loyally followed our football program, but I've always been far more invested in Illinois basketball.

The fact that I'm fully locked in to Illinois football recruiting and post Citrus Bowl analysis in January on a day when our basketball program is playing #9 Oregon is credit to where our football program is now.

I'm guessing the spring semester "loser" will enter the transfer portal.

I think you are representative of a large portion of our overall sport fanbase.
