arrogant asinine behavior and purely an outcome of entitlement , probably set up by Ruhle and his classless staff.........still whining about us beating their huskless arse.......kid can pound sand .........zero class action and shows how phony he was in our recruitment of him.......another example of how far society has fallen in moral compass and judgment.......JMHO.........

Very weird move by a family that is very calculated with everything they do. It wouldn’t surprise me if Ruhle had him do that. He’s a good kid but this was a classless move. He’s a 16 year kid and hopefully he makes better decisions in the future.

Haven’t read previous and I’m sure it’s been said but that’s not a kid you keep the bridge up with for when he inevitably enters the portal two years from now.. doesn’t take long to go thru his Twitter and know he is his own hero..

Trae Taylor apologizes for the fake commitment.

“I know that was very disrespectful… that’s not who I am.”

Ah, to be 15 again and believe that apologies can be an "undo" button.

It's quite adorable seeing the Husker fans talk about how mature he is for this apology... as if there is any reason in the world to assume that it was his idea and something he wanted to do.

Very immature move by a kid who should know better. Illini fans applauding his apology is puzzling to me. I found the apology half hearted and felt it was only because he was told to do so. I have been through a Power 5 recruitment with my own child and cannot even comprehend this type of disrespectful behavior toward coaches and programs that invested so much time and were so good to him. Very disappointing and in my opinion says a lot about the kid and his circle.
