There are many things I dislike about living here and coaching a non football sport, but it’s undeniable that the culture and system is basically set up to breed football players. Happy to see us taking our stabs at them.

They are now in the DuPage Valley with the 5 Naperville/Aurora based schools in district 204 and 203. They are 36 miles from the closest school in the conference. For track we only see them at the conference meet as they are never at the other meets we go too.
Although they are officially in the Chicago MSA, no one other than economist would consider them to be in Chicagoland.

Yeah, by the pure fact that Jasper and Newton counties in Indiana are considered part of the MSA is kinda funny. People from “the region” do not claim those counties.
The thing that blows my mind is that Miami annually hasn't been able to deliver on their NIL promises and yet it somehow doesn't seem to make either them or the following year's recruits any less gun shy. I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it? They might as well just offer every high end recruit and transfer 5mil in monopoly money at this point as it doesn't matter.
