While we're waiting, is Xavier Scott definitely coming back next year?
I just would like to remind everyone that there are transfers on campus that literally no one knows about except for the staff.
Houser is the replacement for Hampton right? If this guy has to start I think we are in major trouble.
As for Renfro, I mean all I’ll say is I was underwhelmed by the D Line guys we signed last year from Wisconsin. Hopefully this guy turns out better. I know Bret hates playing young players but taking an an at best average guy in his 7th season doesn’t feel like program building. Ideally you’d want your Center to be a soph so they can anchor the O line for several years. Switching out your center year to year isn’t how good O lines are built

Retro is a big get. Helps to solidify the o line. Gives us depth and experience. Like Indiana getting Coogan last year.

In all seriousness … This is 1000% true and honestly, it has to be this way … Programs are so jealous of what Bret has accomplished and want to replicate it … What’s one of the easiest ways to do that ?? Go after all the guys he’s going after …
Also - speaking for myself and I’m sure many others on here … If I hear from a staff member or family to keep something quiet … I’m going to do it … I may give the GIFs of the house for Houser or like a post referring to it (see: Olano situation) but if I can’t comment, I can’t comment …
