What do you guys think of this font instead of the Nike used one? It is from Robert’s Illiniboard and a 1988 program. It seems to be Chief related. Even without the Chief can we not give shuttle hints of our past?

Somehow incorporating the Manhattan flag could have worked out better.
My first thought was the design is too busy. Maybe the result of over thinking it a bit. However, I really like the ongoing effort to create different designs, especially under the circumstances of the 25th anniversary. While these certainly won’t go down as memorable, as a one off, I’ll give them a pass.

Love these. Honestly, really well done. So much sharper once the stripes on top of the shoulders are removed… great designs overall!

The athletic program continues to think that our best uniform options should for some reason be kept “special” by virtue of not being worn regularly … an inexplicably stupid point of view.

I need answers on this. Do we have some sort of obligation to keep the Block I helmet in rotation? Why would we otherwise be operating this way?
I always wondered the same thing with the basketball uniforms. Why wear our default modern uniforms when we have great throwbacks to choose from. Thankfully it seems we're moving away from that. Our other helmets are leagues better than the Block I. Would love to see a B/W/B on the road at OSU this weekend.
