What decides which team moves on? Is it the team who wins a majority of the 5 matches, or the highest number of holes won?

Just matches doesn’t matter if you win by 7 or by 1. First to 3 wins

When hunt gets hot he can be very good! Anyone remember his -6 first round regional last year best of the team the whole tournament I think and like 3rd or 4th best of anyone

Just peeked at the match summary. We improved while I was away! Kuhl's birdie I guess.

BTW, I can't recall the tie-breaker process in the event we end up (let's say) 2 wins; 2 losses; 1 tie.

Believe so, yes. I think they'd keep going until either that tie is broken or 3 other matches go to the same team.

So therefore, there are NO TIES. Extra holes are played for each match, as needed, until there's a winner. If so, makes sense.

NOT LIKE RYDER CUP.
