What makes you say that? I hear that 2022 would be the absolute earliest that the NBA will consider opening up the draft to high schoolers. Doing it any earlier would cause outrage amongst NBA teams that have traded future draft picks without this knowledge.
I believe the Memo from the NBA said it could happen as early as 2021, but that shouldn't be a factor in Miller's recruitment. The only trade that wouldn't be squared away by then would be Phillys swap of Mikal Bridges for Zhaire Smith and a 2021 1st rounder. All other completed deals regarding picks in the 1st round would be resolved by then.

Bringing Guerrier on board for the 2nd half of the season would definitely make me way more optimistic. He could get minutes immediately at the 4. 247 has him at 48 overall but his composite is way lower cause rivals sucks now.

I would have to think immediate playing time would be one of our pitches.

Team,

I see we picked up an OV from Guerrier on 10/5 and I know we are also hosting EJ in October sometime as well. Is there a place that someone is tracking official visits or campus visits that I can quickly reference? Thanks

2018 average recruit ranking: 231
2017 average recruit ranking: 219 without Matic, if you count his the same ranking as Ebo, it drops to 277

Missed my point. Namely, that TCTORNADO's contention that anyone higher rated than low 200s would be an enormous get.

Giving a kid an official visit, losing him to UC Santa Barbara, and then running out of official visits is low-key maybe the craziest tidbit of the Underwood era.
I'm a midwestern Protestant and as such generally approve of austerity, but part of me definitely says use 'em or lose 'em. I'm not sure a powerpoint and big cookie would have been enough to distract Okoro from how badly our facilities suck.

It's my understanding that his composite is low because at least one of the services does not rank Canadians. I think he's pretty much a consensus top-50 guy, and would be a great start to our 2018.5 recruiting class.
