He very well could have committed, but I'll wait for his parents to allow him to go public with it before I get too excited.

Should be soon but hopefully people don't freak out if they wait a little longer.

I'll just say this, these 17s have a game plan and all are on board is what I was told from a person in the know. They love Groce and think they can get the Illini going again. This person hinted that there might be a surprise recruit about to join their plan but didn't go into any details or names. He said just stayed tuned. I hate when people do that but appreciated the info.

Ulis transferring in from UK?

Who else plays on that Eagles AAU team that is uncommitted? Isn't there a PG on that team that Illinois was interested in and vice versa? Not sure his name or if he is uncommitted.

Could it be the person who is waiting for that big-time UK offer, only to spurn them and commit to the Illini?! Finally, it is here! :shield:

Althoff was the real deal. Goodwin seems like a true leader on the court too. If he commits, I will be very happy.

If Tilmon is truly close to being on board, this would be an incredible domino effect. Really could use the good news after the past couple of weeks.

Question what is our plan B if Tilmon doesn't work out? We need bigs in the worst way.

He brings it up, passes the ball and rarely gets it back it seems.

That's the problem right there, he does not get it back. Watched both state games in person, as well as a handful of others. Booth does not stress getting the ball back to his best players, doesn't really seem he stresses much of anything. Williams will work his !!! off on offense and never see the ball again

I haven't checked in here in a while, but this thread has gotten really hilarious.
