Mark Smith to K-State? Oh, Bruce. You don't want that, buddy.
I do not want NB. I hate players playing a song and dance with coaches waiting for a better deal. If you aren’t sold on the Illini, dont keep stringing them along. I know its not the player but the greedy handlers who screw kids up.
Hmm, I'm taking Player B first then Player C then Player A. What do I win?Who you taking?
Option A (6'5" Wing):
- Player averaged 13.8 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 1.3 apg for 2 years in the MEAC (2 years eligibility left)
Option B (6'5" Wing)
- Player averaged 17.1 ppg, 5.4 rbg, 2.4 apg in the ACC (1 year of eligibility left)
Option C (6'5" Wing)
- Player averaged 24.8 ppg combined SR/AAU, 5.8 rbg, 1.4 apg (Incoming Freshman played in what would be equivalent to our 3A/4A cut line for IHSA)

I’m gonna need video or some advanced stats. Some guys are taking 20 shots to get 20+. Efficiency, defense, and fit are key for me. Its too hard to do a blind resume.Who you taking?

This kid hopped off the screen the games that img played on espn. Lefty, winner, always around the ball & in the right spot.
Bruce demands effort on defense. Mark isn’t gonna want that either.Mark Smith to K-State? Oh, Bruce. You don't want that, buddy.
Hope he doesn't also demand effort on the treadmill...Bruce demands effort on defense. Mark isn’t gonna want that either.
Well he had serious handles.IT????
I'm going crazy here.
I googled "Illinois basketball greatest recruiting misses" and found an SB Nation article from 2014 featuring Livingston, Scheyer, Gordon, Alexander ...
But who is DJax?
I need your help.
Yes, Illini have lost out on a few recruits since 2005, but I can't complain about the quality of recent Illini recruits (and more to come).
Thanks.

"We have our point guard." will forever live in infamy.Jawun Evans has to be up there, too.

I question whether Livingston or Alexander were really misses. Livingston picked Duke then ended up in the NBA without setting foot on campus. Alexander was far more trouble than he was worth for Kansas. If he had chosen the Illini, we would likely would have been hit with multiple sanctions. What did we lose with either?I'm going crazy here.

Pretty sure that the Venn diagram of "kids need to stop stringing out their decisions" and "a verbal commitment is an irreversible blood oath" is just a circle.Have you ever spent more than one day making a life-altering decision?
Cool. So can he.
How many did kansas get on his behalf?I question whether Livingston or Alexander were really misses. Livingston picked Duke then ended up in the NBA without setting foot on campus. Spot on. Great comments. I agree entirely.Respectfully disagree. Giorgi needs help defending the lower block and the complimenting 4 needs to be a stretch on offense. So a stretch 4 on offense and a interior defender on defense, Giorgi dominated the lower block on offense without him we wouldn't have won the B1G championship against OSU.
Cliffmas was crazy, too. I barely got any work done around that time. Not sure how I managed to keep my job, honestly.Nearing DJax's commitment date was the craziest I've ever seen on here. Pages were moving as fast as one could read.
I guess Cuonzo wins.......
