I know DePaul is crazy hungry for some sustained success. If this hire lands them a few good LL players, that's all well and good. But they'll have to work hard to make it be more than a flash in the pan.

Every time we whiff on a recruit I just remind myself we have Mark Smith. The thought of playing against him at MSU or Wisky (always thought they would be a threat but never were) is a blessing. His athletic big body at PG is going to be a pain in the rear for a lot of teams for years to come.

Still hoping Damonte makes a complete recovery. He was looking very good before the injury. Reports were he outplayed Kris Wilkes in the open gym during their visit.

Jerry Stackhouse took the AAU coaching route a couple of years ago to D League coach of the year this year and is now gonna end up on an NBA coaching bench next year most likely Probably only one NCAA team could get him back. Maybe Dee will take the same route.

Let the children have their moment. It'll be that much sweeter once the :chief: finally puts itself together and smacks their dreams out of their heads. They are and will always be middle tier big ten. It took several teams in the conference to be absolutely horrendous and an excellent coach at NU for them to finally get to the dance. That will most certainly NOT be the norm

I've come to the conclusion that JT is waiting for someone else to make their decision before he commits. I don't know if its Jontay (Mo)or Bamba (Tx), but he wants to ensure he is the man in the middle or MITM. This does not bode well for us. I think I have pretty well moved on, mostly, pretty much, I think so. The fact that we have a big need for him to step right in and he hasn't committed tells me all I need to know, I think.

As saw a post sometime this weekend. Young Porter was also to be making a reclassify, again all speculation, but it would make Mizzou roster more secure. Think we might see JT do something after these chips land, again wait and see.

Sounds like Ayo Dosunmu is really playing well and blowing up a bit. Hope we can keep him home. I worry about Calipari with guys like him (duh).
