THT looks solid, has many tools and motor that many of our players have missed the last 10 years. Not the plus type athlete, but has some of Sergio (strength, good hands, SF size with combo guard skills) and other tweener type player you can win with at this level.

Built like Charles Barkley. Would be happy with the Jr. Version.

Well the actual one is top a 30 basketball player of all time so really any version of that is solid in my book.

See Charles Barclay as well just thought it was crazy to write it. BU offense will max the skills and stengths of THT type players.

I thought THT was more impressive in this video than Ayo. The "glide/lithe" quality is definitely seen here. Seems to have solid ball handles and could get himself to the basket as he pleased. Really liked his use of the basket and skill at the basket. At least in this video I found him more impressive. Could be more explosive and I'm not sure how those one handed finger rolls will work in college, but he seems like he has a frame that could handle a lot more weight and muscle. He may not ever be a 6 pack guy but could really be one of those guys that is really strong...like old man strength

Ayo's form is brutal. I know he has mentioned it as something to improve on but it is impressive to me that he is a top 30 player with a shot that ugly. I understand that players with ugly shots have been successful before (Lonzo Ball shoots it from the wrong side of his body and starts at the hip). Definitely looks the part as an athlete and smart ball player.

Not saying similar type athlete, but I have heard THT's competitiveness and game compares to J Goodwin. Thoughts from anyone who can compare them? Goodwin is one I really wanted.

Sergio for a comparison for THT?

Nah. Beyond the physical likeness, they're very different players. THT is a crafty playmaker, very good shooter, and deceptively good athlete. He's the kind of kid that slips past evaluators who overlook him because of his build.

I have seen him a few times, and I would not say that he is a very good shooter, but his shot has improved. Strength and aggressiveness are his two major attributes. He is the kind of player who would fit very week into BU's style of play IMO (i.e., aggressive basketball on offense and defense).

I was thinking a cross between Bird, Magic, Jordan, and Barkley, with each player's best attributes.

You forgot Bill Russell. THT is gonna win us 11 championships in his four years here, and when BU leaves for Duke after the 9th, THT is gonna player/coach us to the last 2.

Interesting. I have seen a few times that he can really shoot it from the perimeter. I keep wondering if he is the perfect prospect.

-competitive
-passing/point skills
-ball-handling
-can bang as an undersized 4
-can shoot it out to 3
-slasher/can drive it and finish

Obviously an impressive mixtape, but one thing I noticed (and he'll have to address) is that he never once finished with his left hand on the left side of the basket. Passing/vision looks really advanced for a kid his size/age.

Agreed. He kept going with that right hand finger roll deal. BUT, I did notice it is pretty clear that he is very comfortable finishing around the basket in different ways and at different angles.

Hoping you are hearing correctly. He got an offer from Purdue today while on his visit.
Another new mixtape went up yesterday.

Check out 1:43ish and tell me if you classify that as a dunk. Anyone? :) It just looked a little different! :thumb:

I would think BU would take care of such details.

BU spends inordinate amount of time on "details".

You mean the "Round Mound of Rebound", as he was called in college? I'm not sure I see the same similarities.
