All are good players and we would welcome any of them. Hopefully Okoro paves the way , filling the 2018 class. Whitney and Liddell could follow , but have better feeling about Whitney ATM. EJ is gonna have a lot of suitors, blue bloods , making it a drawn out thing. MIF connection will help us with Whitney, then the way things go with Ayo, will help Miller make up his mind.

If Whitney keeps playing like he is, he'll be a harder get than Liddell. At least, offer wise. And before fans start thinking he's in the bag, c'mon. He may very well stay out east. Other programs have a lot to offer too. Another coach may develop a special rapport. Myriad factors involved, far too soon to know if anyone's in the catbird seat. That said, it certainly looks like we'll be a finalist. As far as the Fire delivering Whitney to us, I think that's baloney.

Before this AAU season began, I felt Liddell was a better prospect than Whitney. Sample size isn't enough, but have to recalibrate those thoughts. I'll be very surprised if we land both. I'll be ecstatic if we land one.

Heard the exact same thing this past weekend at the EYBL.

Ohio State is one to keep an eye on.

I can live with EJ not going to Illinois or Missouri, as long as it’s far far away from the B1G conference

It seems Liddell is a little annoyed at both fan bases. I think the best hope for getting Liddell is getting Okoro, they seem to be pretty close. I also think they work great together. The defense with them 2 on the court together would be something we havn't seen in a long time.

Definitely couldn't hurt.

It’s hard to start rating some of these prospects that we just offered recently in terms of want, but for me, if Liddell is the number one big man then Timme is 1a. His skillset is perfect for BU’s system.

From what I saw in person 2 weeks ago these players are night & day different. Liddell is at least several inches shorter & would play the 3, maybe the 4. Timme is a center & didnt look like a 4 to me. He didnt have big ups & struggled against players his own size/smaller that were physical & could jump. However, I trust BU & if he thinks he can play here then he is probably right.

Must not be annoyed enough not to visit.:thumb:

No OV, he's riding shotgun with his FB buddy Randolph.

Yup. Randolph & Liddell attend Belleville West. No idea how close they are. Would be phenomenal if the Randolph ties help us with Liddell. Same with Okoro (assuming he's coming here).
