If I'm Underwood, I'm pointing ought to Braun how a number of NBA scouts recently called Miller's offense "archaic" and said that was a factor in determining where to draft Ayton.

It is difficult to imagine not going No. 1, or at worst No. 2. The only one who can challenge Ayton for No. 1 is IMO Luka Doncic. Doncic just led his team (Real Madrid) to the Euroleague title this past Sunday over favorites CSKA (semis) and Fenerbahce (finals). He was named regular season MVP in Euroleague and also MVP of the Final Four. Pretty good for a guy who just turned 19...

Supposedly Braun and Dad loved the visit. Mom Played D1 BBall at Mizzou. She insists Parker visit Arizona. Maybe she hates Illinois. Still, I cannot believe a mother would want her son to go to a school One Thousand miles away. Illinois is a 6 hr drive. Maybe Miller is paying again.

Understand why she wants him to take visit, so when he takes it, BU should call make sure he still knows his number. 😄
Still thinking he will commit, sounds like he is really interested in us. Dead period ends Friday? Get that visit over make Mom happy then commit to:illinois:. Practice starts June 11th, don't be late.;)

Insert joke here about moms liking Groce.

If my kid went to school 6 hrs away, I would not be going to many games without flying. And once you're headed to the airport, the flight to Arizona isn't that much more cost or effort. And it's a proven program and proven coach.

I agree to some extent, but your kid being driving distance from home while in college for 4 years is going to comfort most parents. I doubt most people would be flying their kid home for holidays or long weekends from 6 hours away. That is going to save some money.

6 hours, in my opinion, is a long drive but very doable.

Sure doesn't seem like anything is imminent from that article.

Nor does it sound like he's really leaning anywhere, at least from that article. As was said, he wants to decide soon so he can get on campus and join whatever team he selects.

My Mom lives in Tucson, flights there are more expensive than more common places. Though, I have never flown into Champaign, so, it may be more too.
