Sorry, I didn't meant "only" one, just directing it towards his podcasts.
But I still haven't seen any other reports with direct quotes or solid evidence.

Brian Snow (also Scout) has talked about it independent from Piper/Werner's reporting.

I think the fact that there's some friction between the two is apparent. How deep it runs and whether it can be mended is where opinions differ.

Could we stop talking about this? All signs indicate both will be Illini. Their business is their business. In the end they're (hopefully) both a part of the Illini family!

What? Just sit and wait and avoid meaningless speculation until there is real news? Good one.

And this one another guy who only jumps in when it's about as close to a sure thing as possible.

This was my dream all summer. THT, don't fail me now, those brain waves you felt the last 3 months saying "Illinois, Illinois" were me!

I was right there with you , even though I still believe EJ is bigger then both these 2 but I just really like EJ and what all he can big. I think he just reminds me of Lowell in alot of ways and he was my all time fav Illini

I too would be super happy for you if this all works out. you for sure were the top guy wanting THT

Assuming we get Ayo and THT.

At the 1-3 we will have Lucas, Frazier, Williams, Smith, Ayo, THT, and Jordan. Now granted THT and Finke could see some time at the 4 in Underwood's system, but where does Finke fit in?

I'd say if Finke has a great year this winter he could earn that spot back, but as it sits now, not sure where he fits.

Don't see TF as a 4, even in this system. He has the height but not the bulk. Of course that can be changed, but it would mean a lot of bench time for a guy that could elsewhere and avoid the logjam we have.

Also, FWIW, I see THT as a 4 in this system with our current group. Too much talent with our guards to not play three at a time (matchup depending).

Cool, but man I wish that guy would shut up.

If he's a plus plus shooter there's a place for him in that lineup.

If he can be that shooter, I'd imagine him in a role like Luke Hancock from Louisville a couple of years ago. 6'6" not much of a rebounder or defender, but could play forward and score from 3.

At the age of 16, THT's growth plate should be wide open to grow to be a true 4 in BU's system;)

Check my math but a birthday of 11/25/99 would make THT 17 almost 18?

Nick Irvin says Adam Miller is beyond where Ayo was as a Soph. Mike I. chimes in that Miller is the best 2020 PG in the country. Yikes!!

That guy and all the other faux insiders that bug these kids while pretending to be "journalists" because they're on some blog somewhere really annoy me.

Luckily, it isn't unique to us. Remember that creep MSU guy that visited Mark Smith's house!? Their fanbase was so pissed at that guy, and rightly so.

The guy's name is Hondo. Living here in the E.L. area, he hosted a TV special a few years back before MSU hired Dantonio for FB, culminating in his prediction that they would actually dual-hire Tom Izzo to coach the FB team as well!

Clearly not all that bright...
