I agree. Calipari has an in-home this evening with Wiseman. If he [i.e., Wiseman] does not commit this evening, I doubt he does before Oscar T's visit. But at the same time, it is doubtful that Oscar T commits [i.e., to UI] before seeing what Wiseman does.

I truly think the BU system of constant motion and cuts with 3 point options is a better system for Liddell. Thought last year Missouri was more of the Bill Self type offense, with two big men (hi-lo post). Not sure what offense is run at Ohio St. Illinois to me is the safest/best place for EJ, he is familiar with the school and has several guards(Trent, Ayo, Damonte) in place that should be there for a couple more years. Front court is coming around.

Missouri shot approximately 100 more 3 pointers than Illinois last year. Martin wants them to even shoot more this upcoming season.

Do they have the horses in the barn to actually make those three pointers? If no, then I am all for them shooting more 3s. :)

Well, I don't think he has much of a relationship with the '19s so I'll assume we'll get an Adam Miller commit any day.

Not sure it means anything, but if any former player wants to direct any attention to his Twitter account, all they need to do is toss out a "I-L-L"

I'd love to look back at that and laugh, but at the time it didn't seem that far fetched. I think we've all learned a valuable lesson about PPG translating between different levels.

What are some realistic stat averages we could pitch to EJ? 8 PTS, 6 REB, and 2 BLK per game as a Freshman? Yes please.

And to think that less than 2 weeks ago, Anthony Walker, was on his OV to C/U. He has sort of been put on the back burner. He starts an OV to Pitt this weekend.
He had the U in for an in home this week.

I had a dream that Oscar committed to Kentucky before coming to official visit and Shannon committed to Florida state before coming for official visit and that left us with just EJ for the visit. It was a bad dream....a nightmare.

Not sure we were ever in pole position there, but if we slow played him to fight for a bronze medal for Liddell, well, that's the mistake we've been making as long as I've been an Illini fan.

I'll choose to believe that's not true, because Underwood has made some moves that make me think he's genuinely much smarter about that than his two predecessors.
