This assumes that Underwood is going to talk to him.

Now, only if we could nail 2021 down real early, that would be just great.

Maybe we can get the 2021 to reclass to the 2020 class? If so, then we would have our fall/spring/fall class earlier than expected and not be dependent on finding late spring bloomers? :cautious:

Underwood saw him at open gym today.
Wait, what? I am all confused. BU saw Curbelo at open gym? What open gym? And where? And why? As witnessed by my previous post querying Riverchief about who JM is, I get confused easily.

So reading between the lines, which is what 0440 wants us to do. He/she gets there info from Walker on the bb side or is friends with him. Seems to be a lot of venom towards Walkers “promotion/demotion”.

I’m just a fan, who is a basketball junkie. I have little knowledge of the inner workings of college bb recruiting other than what I read everywhere. Coach Walker maybe a very nice guy but he failed miserably in the St Louis area. If he was demoted for whatever reason, I can’t blame the AD or the coach for that move.

Lol I don't get my info from Jamall. Also there is a reason BU and the staff are pissed about the demotion and it ain't because they are friends. He got a lot of stuff done for illinois basketball recruiting.

Just noticed that the arrangement of the team logos at the bottom of Curbelo's final five image sort of spells out ILLINOIS. I from Indiana, Miami is opposed LL's, the Illini I is of course an I. Missing the N, but the Oregon O is an O and the SJ is easily read as an IS.

Sending a clear message!

My "reading between the lines" is thinking about getting things done. I hope our AD is walking the line in a way that favors the staff. Last thing these guys need in a rebuild is some hand-cuffs from the AD. If I'm on the right trail, wink once ;P

The handcuffs are trying to be put on though.

Stephen Gentry looked pretty good coaching the offensive ball movement/passing drills I saw last saturday at Ubben for the hour I was there. Really looked like he knew what he was doing & the players were responding.
