My closing thought on Miller: I wish him no ill will. I do think he's making a mistake. We'll see. None of this falls on staff. Very glad this is almost over.
I'm interested in the reception he is going to get. Why would he still be hanging around if he is leaving.l? Yes he was apart of a special team but sheesh

This never was a board that had differences in opinions go on and on....2nd and Chalmers, Obelisk, Gritty etc withstanding. We are here because we live for this stuff. I will never stop calling people out for spreading unfounded negative rumors about University of Illinois basketball players. Sorry. You confuse opinion with conjecture. I don't. Maybe tell people to stop spreading rumors about kids and stick to, you know, recruiting. We got Podz in part because of what Wisconsin fans did to a recruit. Maybe keep that in mind before dragging Illini players through the mud with zero to back it up.

Correct me if I'm mistaken but I think the general consensus is everyone wants Miller back. Same for Trent Frazier and Da'Monte Williams (and Kofi, obviously).
With Ayo gone but that line-up I think we compete for a Big Ten Title, Big Ten Tournament, and top 25 ranking all year. Probably do better than one win in the tournament too.

A very nice list. And here are two corollaries......
* April is probably a little too early for Kofi to decide. I would bet he's still got more feedback to gather.
* There's still at least some possibility that SENIOR Plummer won't count against our 13 "allowed" scholarships. Perhaps Trent, Monte and even (incoming transfer) Plummer are free additions. If true, we'd potentially have a roster with 16 scholarship players! And only half of those would get meaningful minutes once conference season rolls around.
