In addition to Cam Whitmore, AJ Casey, and JJ Taylor, this list includes a few mentions of us in correlation with names I don't remember being frequently mentioned here (which doesn't mean they weren't) ...
  • Omaha Biliew
  • Jazian Gortman
  • Kylan Boswell

Would be shocked if Bass stuck around in this class. He was OA's guy anyway, got a feeling the staff will want that scholarship open
That’s the expectation

That would be a shame. Bass wants to be here and seems like a solid fit. I'm expecting Curbelo to go pro after this year. That would leave:
Bass 6'4"
Epps 6'2"
Harris 6'3"
Podz 6'5"

Given the amount of 3-guard lineups that we play, there should be enough minutes for everyone. Bass and Podz have the height to guard the opposing 3. I don't know if they have the skills. They should be able to learn a lot from Damonte. I'm always amazed by his defensive positioning.

Ramses and Good are both listed as 6'7". That may enable them to defend the opposing 4. Good already has some meat on him.

Typo: It is Goode, not Good.

The world of college basketball has changed. Brilliant statement. Today's commit is tomorrow's de-commit or transfer down the road.

But I congratulate Mr. Chester Frazier. (I called him Chet "The Jet" when In I saw him play at Assembly Hall).

I also praise old man Mr. Kendall Gill for is right-on comments.

Bring Illini back to Illinois to recruit and coach. Loyalty, baby.

Is Brian Randle still in the mix for a coaching job?
Frazier being here was more about who he is than him being a former player. He is just a relentless grinder. I loved his heart as a player and it’s served him well since.

This, we want Kofi to show loyalty, but we are talking about pushing out a kid that wants to be here.

Its not just about loyalty. We know BU values character over everything. Obviously we just have rumors or snippets at this point but he doesn't seem to want a guy who is going to cause problems in the locker room.

Brian Hamilton with a feature piece on '23 Asa Thomas ($): https://theathletic.com/2703050/202...-are-clamoring-for-sweet-shooting-asa-thomas/

Cliffs:
- interest in Thomas has exploded
- he's up to 6' 7" now
- according to Wolves head man Brian Mullins, “Asa is right there” (comparing his shot with Schutt's)
- brings much more than shooting (had 13 boards in an Atlanta game)
- (obligatory) he's just scratching the surface quote

After reading the article, I have very, very little doubt that Thomas is on our A list.
