From what I have been told, we should expect at least one commitment either this weekend or the beginning of next week.

If we need anyone to bring it home for the Illini, I’m trusting Chester every time.
Think UNC leads for Whitmore. Gonna be a huge weekend. Glad were gonna have 55+in memorial stadium.
Well at least he didn't commit there last weekend. I was worried he wouldn't make it to campus but assuming he still does gotta think Chester and staff have a chance. Chester's enthusiasm matched with his flat out love of UofI has done wonders already. Hoping he can pull off his biggest one yet.
IMO Chester and Whitmore have the tightest relationship between any of the coaches recruiting him
If the guy isn't going to come to Illinois, who cares if he takes a visit. Seems like a waste of everyones time.

Wow have we ever had this many Indy prospects visit on a weekend before? Very nice looking group.
They have all talked about playing together in college. We all know that rarely comes to fruition, but getting all three on-campus at once is significant.
Brown doesn't appear to have any offers. Is he a legit under-the-radar prospect? PWO candidate?
Has an LSU offer and has tons of HM interest. He is a legit target.
Good to know! Guess 247 isn't very up to date on him. Should have Googled. Now I see ESPN has him as a 4-star and we offered him like a month ago.
He's 6'5" and listed as a PG. That's enough to pique my interest.

Understandably, most of 247's resources are still focused on the 2022 recruits.
I remember three kids from Peoria talking of wanting to play college ball together. They chose U of I. What an impact they had!
