He's damn near got season tickets. I think we are in pretty good shape.
Recruiting is fluid. I’m not too worried.
I would understand the concern if he was visiting a week before signing day, but that's not the case. Let him go on visits and see his options.

Happens all the time. We've had multiple kids here in recent years pretty much be locks to Illinois but still takes visits else where and we have been on the opposite end as well.
Why would you not shoot your shot at a top 2023 prospects this early?
I'm not trying to be too polyannish, but you pretty much always take a visit from a La Lumiere guy if you're not too tight on your officials. Always good to keep the pipeline open.
I don't want to drink the orange kool-aid too much but come on... he's visiting Michigan on Tuesday night, when students are back home for the holidays, and they are playing Purdue FW. It's like he doesn't want to visit somewhere he might like more than the Illini...
I don't think Juwan is going to run out of officials before he has a full roster. If Groce ever had a class like JH just brought in, he might still be coaching here.
