I'm hearing Fears has moved on to MSU/UConn and that we're "almost certain" to land Boswell
Jeremiah is the Fears we are after.
At least for the time being or foreseeable future.

I imagine that depends if you are a beggar (1st 2 years of Underwood’s tenure) or a chooser ( last year)?Assurance of PT is a bit different than assurance of starting.
The only thing I have so far is a strong family connection between the Boswells and Brett Melton, former Mahomet HS star and UI hoops alum who played for Self right after 2000. He's the one who connected Kylan and Trent Meacham when he was a kid and "apparently" is a major influencer in his life. From what I can gather Melton was just at UI on Saturday night for the reunion and seems strongly connected to the program, Whitman, etc.
Of course. Program strength is a huge factor, along with player's status, on who gets to dictate the terms.I imagine that depends if you are a beggar (1st 2 years of Underwood’s tenure) or a chooser ( last year)?

This continues to be like the Oak Island treasure hunt. There's gotta be something bit mostly it's old wood.
THE FINAL BOSSFletch's Mt. Everest?
Not even a question. Plummer and Boswell.Would we rather have Miller or Plummer at this point? Fears or Boswell?
One year of Plummer or up to four years of Miller? Same answer? Not even a question. Plummer and Boswell.

The OTHER thing that I gathered from heading down this rabbit hole is that Melton has some kind of connection to 2023 3 star 6'9" Forward Jacob Bannarbie, who by all accounts is a rising star, and then I noticed that Brad follows this kid on Twitter. If he gets an offer, you heard it here first
Hmmm...I think so...Plummer has been an excellent bridge. Miller probably would have been a beast defensively after time with this staff but that's not what he was looking for. I dont know if Adam would have ever become a microwave like Plummer is both in finishing at the rim and making contested shots. One year of Plummer or up to four years of Miller? Same answer?
I was both surprised and upset when he left, but now that he is gone I don't miss him.And while I can't put a finger on it there was always something about Adam that kind of bugged me. I wasn't particularly upset when he entered the portal but I was a little surprised.
Appears to be on the Tisdale diet. And boy is it working!!!
damn the ncaa rules, recruit him away from St. John Fisher. That shot looks smooth
Either guaranteed starting or playing time will kill your program. Good riddance.I was both surprised and upset when he left, but now that he is gone I don't miss him.
It looks like he may have literally eaten Tisdale.Appears to be on the Tisdale diet. And boy is it working!!!
Miller's a 1AD, so moot. One year of Plummer or up to four years of Miller? Same answer?
If current roster/recruits + Taylor + Boswell isn't loaded in your opinion (plus presumably more par for the course additions), what is?Some of you are drinking way too much orange Kool Aid. Underwood certainly is recruiting better than in his and Illini’s recent past, but we’re not “loaded” with talent yet.
Nice nugget on Bannarbie. Cali kid, here are a couple of clips:The only thing I have so far is a strong family connection between the Boswells and Brett Melton, former Mahomet HS star and UI hoops alum who played for Self right after 2000. He was here.Miller's a 1AD, so moot.

Old wood is better than no wood.............................just sayin........................
No, that's Ennol Angus. Is that Colonel Angus?
He does seem to be on the Alan Griffin path.Miller's a 1AD, so moot.
