Yep. Plus he saw steady minutes all year.so kinda like RJ Melendez and Luke Goode?

I love the efficiency of this plan.
Sure, do they? There's only 1 ball and only 5 guys get to play at a time.Wouldn't you want as many of those as possible?

Murray is the kind of player we want on our roster. Long and athletic and can shoot. All-SEC Freshman Team. He'll only get better and he is pretty good right now.

I remember a much flatter shot when he was in college. Maybe it was just my perspective looking down from c-section.NBA, but the same shot I remember.
Edit: Why do videos from the 1990’s look like they are from 1945? Good lord.
I would say that we get Skyy and either TSJ or Murray. Lineup would be Skyy, RJ, TSJ/Murray, Hawkins and Kofi. Dain, Goode, Podz, Epps, Harris and Rogers. Thats a very good 11 man rotation. Very athletic and it would wear teams out.Are we saying our starting lineup could be
Skyy
Murray
TSJ
Hawkins/Dain
Kofi
That is a super team.
I saw Harper play at Illinois. He was the fastest player with the ball I’d ever seen.NBA, but the same shot I remember.

Yeah, some great ones too. Coaches will go with what works for Coleman is the point.Very few good shooters shoot flat shots, there are always exceptions to the norm.
Yeah, that rotation would be absolutely filthy. Young, but with a couple vets, would be one of the best in the country. Big, long, athletic, tough.I would say that we get Skyy and either TSJ or Murray. Lineup would be Skyy, RJ, TSJ/Murray, Hawkins and Kofi. Dain, Goode, Podz, Epps, Harris and Rogers. Kevin Martin, Gary Payton, Richard HamiltonSpeaking of a flat shot…..that makes me think Roger Powell Sr. Back in the day. More like a line drive.
Is he really that athletic though? He is slow laterally. Kills him
im not sure the draw of georgetown. i get that they're the favorite but they have been, are, and will be horrible until Ewing is gone
Similar to Roger Powell. Took him forever to load up, at 5 inches shorter. Is he really that athletic though? He is slow laterally. Kills him
I think they have hired his lead recruiter from LSU.im not sure the draw of georgetown. i get that they're the favorite but they have been, are, and will be horrible until Ewing is gone
makes sense. its just disappointing to miss out on a guy that is HUGE difference-maker on a team like ours, yet he wants to play for a team with 0 conference wins the previous season.I think they have hired his lead recruiter from LSU.
Don't forget RJ..and others.
Probably only getting one of Murray or TSJAre we saying our starting lineup could be

Ones better than none...Probably only getting one of Murray or TSJ
Agree , he is slow and weak when driving. He gets knocked off his line constantly. His Arc on 3's and Free throws is very flat. I will say if he fixes his Arc and gets stronger. he will be a 3 level player and beast. I do believe he will get there! Is he really that athletic though? He is slow laterally. Kills him
He just needs to take a great circle routeSeems a bit difficult to visit 3 schools in one weekend, no? Lol
You never saw Larry Lubin???I saw Harper play at Illinois. He was the fastest player with the ball I’d ever seen.

He is certainly better than average but the does not make him very athletic. NBA guys that are 6'10" and can move laterally, are very fast, have awesome hand eye coordination and can jump out of the gym are very athletic. Honestly that's one reason the B10 as a whole has struggled at times. Elite bigs that athletic have played elsewhere. He is a good athlete much like Brian Cook with out the shooting ability thus far. Hawk can't create his own shot just yet like NBA athletes can. He is a good athlete and can be a very effective college player. Is he athletic like RJ, no. However, he moves his feet better than your average 6'10" guy.
