Maybe coach told him that he wasn't going to be THE guy, and that he would have to be ok at the prospect of not starting. He hits the portal, and maybe realized no one was going to give him the guaranteed starting minutes like he wanted. If he's coming back he probably realizes that BU is not going to keep him in the lineup if he isn't performing.

I am a big fan if its really Belo coming back. He needs an offseason to get healthy and reset and honestly who knows how good he can be. He brings 100% a different skillset than anyone on the team and can handle and dish it. I think with the weapons we have now that he could really, really excel especially if Kofi stays. Noone feeds the King like PaPi!

That's certainly a possibility. He had a really tough year. Maybe he thought that a change of scenery would be helpful, but after time changed his mind.

Are we hard on Curbelo as a fanbase? Absolutely. Is it a little excessive at times? Probably. But let's make something clear: we're hard on him because we know what he's capable of. We want him to succeed and get better. And no one - and I mean no one - is going to love him more than we do.

I'm guessing Belo potentially coming back means the TSJ ship has sailed. Hope I'm wrong though. Saw him retweet Armando Bacot's return video, which seemed...interesting.
