I lived close...town used to flood a lot....Are there two of us who actually have been to Villa Grove?
His GPA is below 2.5 he wasn’t getting accepted hereSo he could get into butler but not Illinois??…. Hmmm. That doesn’t add up at all.
He's 6'10 and Northwestern used him as a stretch bigI noticed on the transfer list that Peter Nance is listed as a 6'-8" SF. Is that accurate? Did Northwestern use him in that capacity or as more of a stretch 4?
Key difference is we won't force him to play center and he will have significantly more talent around him in ChampaignHe's 6'10 and Northwestern used him as a stretch big
Live in Charleston, wife worked in Villa Grove...if that countsThrough it a few times on the way to state track in Charleston, if that counts.

I’m sorry man but butler is just as hard. I know this for a fact. My buddy was a juco pitcher and he went thru the admissions process. Just not buying that for a second. He was between Michigan and butler. And as we know Michigans admission process is tough. Butler is a really good school. His GPA is below 2.5 he wasn’t getting accepted here
Probably a dumb question, but with Butler being a private university, doesn't it have more leeway to admit whoever it wants than a public university?I’m sorry man but butler is just as hard. Illinois has minimum requirements for transfers. If they’re not met you can’t get in. Butler is private. Why do people question every little thingI’m sorry man but butler is just as hard. Not when my buddy, a left arm who threw 92 applied. It was the same across the board for everyone and it was very difficult. Sorry to break up the gif party . But like I said. Not buying the academic thing for a second. But carry on…Probably a dumb question, but with Butler being a private university, doesn't it have more leeway to admit whoever it wants than a public university?
Sorry, couldn't find the admissions thread anymore

I suppose that most folks experience Greenup traveling East-West. The ones that go through it North-South ways are my kind of people.Through it a few times on the way to state track in Charleston, if that counts.
