He was 7'1" last time I posted too. Why don't you DM his dad Jelani Gardner and ask him how tall he is? This is why I don't post at IL lmao. I share good information and get 6 comments about the adjectives used in the tweet. No thank you
have you tried adding a gif to your posts?

Yeah, I did think of that, but I'm extremely skepitcal that a team would be that protective of, and that sure of (to the point they don't need to see him in the combine), a guy they wouldn't use a 1st round pick on.
I believe that's a real possibility. Many years ago that approach was used by NFL teams to build overall team depth. It's more difficult now. If I were an NBA team, I would do this

Grandison would be a massive addition. High IQ, good shooter, doesn't do dumb things on the court and waste possessions. Have heard zero word on him or whether he's hired agent.
I like Grandy but he cannot drive the ball with any confidence. His one fault is he is too slow off the dribble. I would not have an issue with him returning but giving him more than 15 minutes a game would not make sense. I want the kids to play but having a smart guy like Grandy around will help the kids.

I agree with you. Grandison is strictly a spot-up jump shooter with range. I've never focused on his defense thoroughly, so I can't really talk about that.

25-30 minutes a game, easy

Agreed. I'd be happy if he came back, but his playing time would likely go down. Offensively he's strictly a jump-shooter..... not good handles and not that athletic. Seems we're moving more towards guys that can penetrate as well as shoot from outside, and Grandy is not a penetrator.

If he came back, it would probably cut the minutes of Goode. They seem to be similar players -- good shooters who make good decisions, but aren't that athletic.

So this means Grandy at the 2?

Maybe he's referring to Hutch? Wasn't a surprise to me but no idea who else he'd be referencing? And maybe Grandison is the omission?
Yeah Hutch's name surprised me. Knew he wasn't coming back here but I guess I missed where he even declared. Figured he was either done with ball or was going to try a smaller school.

Nance was the omission I was referencing, though I think that was a list of people that had confirmed they are staying so he could be added
