The way Illinois is recruiting, I'm basically thinking that if Schutt isn't good enough for Duke, he's not good enough for us. Not sure I ever thought I'd be typing that sentence five years ago.
I agree, although transfers don't always occur because of "not good enough" situations.
I think it will be interesting to see who things change at Duke. In the past (not sure about the last few years) K always had very short benches. lots of guys with four and five stars that couldn't get on the floor. We'll see if Scheyer uses his depth more.
No reason to think that Schutt will be anything but successful there.
The Maryland rumblings for Hansberry are coming from the fact that Jahnathan Lomothe (Maryland commit) is a teammate and best friend of Amani's on Team Durante. Plus he lives pretty close to College Park.
