Quincy Guerrier is transferring from Oregon. Old blast from the past but someone who could help if either TSJ or Coleman don't make it back to the family next season.
6'7'' forward
As you alluded to, he took an OV with us and had us in his top three, along with Syracuse, where he ended up going, and Oregon, where he then transferred to. Pattern would indicate we’re next. Any interest/belief it’s possible, insiders?

Going to go ahead and lay down some suppressing fire…. There’s a tweet about Coleman transferring to Georgetown that’s getting a little traction.

The tweet is a joke tweet.

The one and only still don't understand how the one in Champaign didn't make it.
The one that puzzles me is Garcia's. When it was in Normal, on the ISU campus, it was fantastic. I recently visited the one in Champaign and was so disappointed. Seems like it's on its way out

A Georgetown fan account trying to be funny… but somehow Dick Weiss saw it, thought it was real, tweeted his own version of it (writing Connie Hawkins instead of Coleman, hilariously), then deleted it, but not before Jeff Goodman quote-tweeted it to his 310K followers making fun of the typo.

Me: raised in Urbana. The Illini are my "home town" teams.
One of my most vivid memories was when Urbana, with Ken Ferdinand, came to Clinton to play. Ferdinand did some sort of hard foul, or something similar, and one of the Clinton players' fathers came onto the floor with fists clenched. I thought there was going to be a race riot! Lol Urbana by 50 or so. Lol

I appreciate that my friend … Just try to share the info I’m privileged to get … No reason for me to charge anything … I’ve been approached many times about joining a subscription based site … and there’s a reason why I never will …

I’m sure there are quite a few guys on here who share this info with their young kids or even some younger guys/girls on here who love the Illini and recruiting in general that just don’t have the $$ to pay for a subscription …

Also a quick story I got from someone on here and I won’t out who they are but they shared this with me not that long ago … They said that they along with their father have been illini fans their entire life but didn’t always see eye to eye … Hadn’t spoken in years … Well their fathers health was declining and they decided to try and make peace … And every week this person would go in to see their father and talk to them about the things that were talked about on here from me and many others … Players we might add, who we were recruiting, etc. … If I had dropped a “boom” gif recently … I mean it’s stories like those that make me really appreciate this place we’ve got … Theres always going to be negativity in life but never forget the impact you can have on people you don’t even know … :shield:

Any possibility of Jaylon Tyson from Texas Tech? 40% from 3 as a freshman, (43 of 107.)

Edit, sophmore.
