Excited to see what sandwiches and social issues get discussed here.

Chicago tavern style or that limp New York style?

CU has a great pizza history, Garcia's, Timpones, Couier, Village Inn, Papa Dell's

What are the top three pizza places in CU these days?

I posted this on the weekend but let's bring it back. Fears POTY. Morez on first team.

News-Gazette All State Team

Fears is a good player. That said, I don't think he's answered the question about his outside shot. Through no fault of his own, he's not getting the keys this season, so that should be interesting. I think Jeremiah has a far higher ceiling than Jeremy.

Morez is pretty good.

Haven't been on campus since '17, but Manolo's was a staple for myself. Nothing like a late night slice after a show at Canopy or a night of studying at the UGL. Simpler times

So at this point in the new world of CBB would a solid player like Coleman Hawkins or TSJ for example, end the season and make a few calls to see what other schools would offer in term so NIL? I am curious how they know their value? I am sure there are schools doing the reach out but as a player it is a whole new world and I am unsure how the heck they navigate it.

They wouldn’t. People close to them would though. But really other coaches would get in contact with people close to them and say hey we can offer you x amount more than you’re getting now.

UAA Session I: Top150 junior Cole Certa draws a crowd

MESA, Ariz.Cole Certa drew some of the most attention out of all the prospects on the Under Armour Circuit. A 6-foot-4 guard out of Bloomington (Ill.) Central Catholic, Certa picked up offers from a handful of high major programs. Coaches from most of those schools attended his games throughout the weekend.

"All of the schools who have offered me have been really consistent," Certa said on the attention. "With all the coaches being here, I do not focus on that stuff. I just focus on my team. If I try to get a win, I know all the other things will fall in place."

Creighton, Gonzaga, Illinois, Illinois State, Iowa, Marquette, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, USC, and Wake Forest were some of the programs on the sidelines locked in on Certa's performances. He discussed his thoughts on a few of the programs pursuing him aggressively with 247Sports:

Illinois: "They are in my home state and they are one of the best teams in the country. They are valuing shooting and they want to build their program with in-state kids."

Not at all. Its the biggest question mark with him, besides his size. I would sag off of him and go under the screen all game. I was surprised that he has gotten so athletic and finishing so easily above the rim. Jeremiah is developing that shot from the beginning. I do wonder how he will take to coming off of the bench. Correct me if I am wrong, but his problem with Illinois was that he wanted to start and no have any other guards recruited right?
