I never saw a good argument for why there shouldn't be an "off topic" thread.
But as I said before, that would be extra work for Dan so I have no entitlement that should happen.
Shouldn't you, as an Italian-American, be against ricotta on lasagna? I always though that bechamel was the "authentic" ingredient.
