Is there anything you don't knowWe didn't and don't have anyone that can stay in front of him. Not many teams do. Now he can be a little out of control at times, and a spotty shooter, but kid is a straight up baller.

Ked is a good guy. Huge homer though.Ked Prince on WDWS Sportstalk today........ "DGL is much better than expected, and will surprise most fans."
Not too worried about the point position.
Sorry I have an opinion about a guy I have seen play about 50 times. Is there anything you don't know
Most freshman on decent teams need a year to acclimate to high level college ball, problem is if they don't get serious minutes they are likely to transfer these days. Glad I don't have to deal with those problems, but I guess that's why BU makes more than I do.Ked is a good guy. Huge homer though.
I do think DGL can play and contribute now.
Would be great to get him more minutes this year as season goes along and he stays.

Not even remotely close comp.If you loved Andres Feliz, you’ll like Joe Toussaint. He was always my favorite guy on those Iowa teams, love his asphalt game.
I personally like this team better without a guard who needs the ball in his hands all the time, I think he’d be a good fit.
I believe you're thinking of Perkins. Toussaint was already at West Virginia last year. What he did to us last year in Iowa City told us everything that we needed to know about our guard situation. Add that physicality, toughness and ability to shoot free throws to our group of wings...I'll take it.
While that’s good to hear, there’s a massive difference between surprising fans and being a Big 10 starting PGKed Prince on WDWS Sportstalk today........ "DGL is much better than expected, and will surprise most fans."

That is very true. But we've seen some Freshmen ready right out og the box. Dee and Deron, for example. Lets hope DGL goes against the odds and plays like Frank Williams.... Although Frank was technically a redshirt FreshmanWhile that’s good to hear, there’s a massive difference between surprising fans and being a Big 10 starting PG
When you saw him in high school did he shoot 20% from the line and 32% from 3 like last year?Sorry I have an opinion about a guy I have seen play about 50 times.
You're 100% right. ApologiesI believe you're thinking of Perkins. Toussaint was already at West Virginia last year.

So… can we get Perkins? You're 100% right. Apologies
I was referring to Toussaint who I have watched for years. When you saw him in high school did he shoot 20% from the line and 32% from 3 like last year?
I prefer Waffle House...So… can we get Perkins?
Sorry, really lost track of that thread.I was referring to Toussaint who I have watched for years.
Not sure what to think about Harris who was a high D1 4 Star recruit who shot 20% from the line.
Just did not seem in the range of possibility.
But we had two 4 stars who inexplicably could not shoot free throws at all.
I finally decided to watch some HS tape on DGL. From a distance, I tend to agree with Ked. Handles looked exceptionally strong. Great confidence. Long range shooter. And he has the ability to get into the paint.Ked Prince on WDWS Sportstalk today........ "DGL is much better than expected, and will surprise most fans."

He sure looks like he has a lot of game and athleticism. Hope he gets some time this year.I finally decided to watch some HS tape on DGL. From a distance, I tend to agree with Ked. Anxious to see how all of that HS ability translates to the Big 10.
