I love Ty and I think he’ll be an absolute stat sheet stuffer and do his best to put his teammates in scoring position… but let’s just say we’re down 2 with 15 seconds to go on the road at Mackey, is the ball in Ty’s hands? Or we gonna rely on Terrence to create for himself or Coleman to create his own? Brad says he wants to play like the Celtics, if you watch the Celtics they take a lot of horrible one on one shots but Tatum can make them is the only difference..

Think this is more than typical offseason hype.
It's a non traditional approach. He does create match-up issues that may negate his own shortcomings.
No matter what we will be better than last year, should be mentally tougher, and I am looking forward to how it all works.

I feel you. I'm a big Ty fan and think his potential is through the roof. But also...

This is a blog post, not a highly researched article. Literally nothing he writes is that. He probably runs the blog site.

It is literally like someone on this board writing a blog post. If you think this guys an expert, I’d like to introduce you to Rees Woodcock.
Trojans Wire @ USA Today is not comparable to Rees Woodcock just in terms of optics. Other than that, IDGAS

I don’t think it is his opinion. The author doesn’t quote a coach or note a source so it’s his speculation that was the case.

This dude doesn’t even write for the University of Arizona, notes that he’s a sports writer, political writer, and tennis commentator, and if you read any of his stuff on Trojan Wire, you can clearly see that he’s not an investigative journalist.
Kind of moot. He is saying at UVA and Underwood never showed much interest

Once again, beggars can’t be choosers.

Quinerly is a legit P5 guard with experience at a (in recent years) elite program. 10 pts, 3 assists for his career.

I assume (hope) we’ll reach out.
One of the complaints last year was that BU never found a backup at point to come in. However, he did try, but it's always a challenge to get guys to transfer into a situation where minutes are tough.

This year is different. Sure looks like some guys that we'd have been thrilled to have as backups might want to come here with a good opportunity, and if they aren't number one, they'll be the backup we were missing last year.

I don't know anything beyond the stats with this guy.

Looks like Quinerly would be an A+ transfer. Seemed to play very well in March. Maybe had the start of the season slowed by injury.

Believe what you want, but I have heard Ty looks really good in the pg role so far
To look really good you gotta be able to pull up from 3, hit at least 70 percent from the line, make others better and ve counted on to play like Ayo did. Id settle for an average B10 Pg right now. I wanna see it a game not rumors of practice...but in a game

No matter what, I disagree. Ty can't handle the ball up one in the last minute. Hell he can't even get near the ball, nor can Harris. He need a pg that can handle the ball and hit clutch FTs.

We'll see on the free throws. I think they'll both be lots looser and significantly better.
Like really what is a reasonable expectation? Why do you feel thu
is way? Do you honestly thinkthuis is the first off season they worked on poor free throws shooting? Ty didn't shoot a single jumper all.lazt season man. He also to his strengths ill give him that and very hard. Teams will put him on the line. I wish I felt he will be reliable but I don't see him getting 40 percent better when I am sure he has worked on FTs for years.

Harris isn't going to play much IMO.
I doubt he will be in games at the end.

Depending upon how Rodgers has improved his FTs you just pull him late. We have Harmon and DGL or we also bring in Goode and can sit Dainja also.
Good coaches can play offense/defense late.

If your that poor a FT shooter or cant even attempt 10 shoy you can't handle the ball at all and have good offense. Did Ty even take a 10 foot shot all year? We need shooters man n spacing. Remember last year? I love Ty on the glass getting extra possessions but he has to be able to shoot outside of the lane and hit his FTs. He never even took a shot besides a lay up.as I recall

Well you are several months from that and judging by the way you are talking I am sure the Spain trip wouldn't count so tack on a few more months
