Agreed on that’s where he wants to be. I don’t see him coming back but I think it’s ultimately the best financial decision to do so unless his stock goes up a lot higher.
I agree that his draft stock needs to continue to improve for him to see the big money that he is looking for. That is exactly what will happen if he continues to play as well as he has been playing recently. The qualifiers that I used were continuing to be a real threat from 3 and play with the intangibles (great defense, great facilitator, etc) that he has been demonstrating. Coleman has been vastly undervalued by many fans and those who are judging based on statistics alone. People who know, know his value. I don't think that there is much of a chance at all that he doesn't opt for the draft this year and stay in. From what I have seen, the NBA seems to prefer younger guys with more upside over older guys whose abilities are known. So, I think it may be a worse long term financial decision for him to come back for another year in college if he really wants to be in the NBA. If he isn't projected to be drafted at all in either round, it may make sense to play another year in college and cash in on NIL before going overseas to play, but I don't think anybody is predicting that.

I think he's a second round talent but I haven't seen him on any draft boards so far despite being on some last year. Still early though.

BU going to have to change defensive system again if he is playing Fears and DGL. Sencire and Butler probably big enough to play the switching defense. Offense will have to change without Domask and Hawk. Interested to see if he try’s to replace them with transfers or changes his system. Almost see DGL similar to Dain in terms of system fit.

Joel Goodson

respect my decision™
I'll earn that cred shortly...by Fall 2025 Jeremiah will be an absolute monster. He's already the leading scorer on a Top10 national prep high school, but his game is improving rapidly and more importantly his strength/athleticism are really starting to show. Can easily dunk and almost windmill at this point at 6'3" and I don't think he's done growing. What has always impressed me about his game is that he's right handed but you really wouldn't know it. Equally dangerous from either side of the basket and impossible to guard in transition. In another 1.5 years?? OMG

yeah, he's pretty good

on a tangential note, I love how we're getting to the point where the only hunting we're doing is big game hunting. nothing is in the bag (yet), but I LOVE the kids at the top of our board. and I think we're gonna get damn serious consideration from virtually all of them

Lake Norman NC

Great stuff from Henricksen, music to my ears!

Hopefully will have a Pied Piper effect with like-minded and talented players (portal and otherwise) looking to win...

>>The Illinois recruit is the rare star player who understands and realizes every component of basketball as a team, including setting an example and embracing common goals. There’s no diva in Johnson, just a non-stop running motor.

Then there’s his leadership. He’s not the star player other teammates resent because he cares only about himself. It’s the opposite; teammates seem to treasure him.

“He’s the ultimate team leader,” Thornton coach Tai Streets said. “He’s demanding of his teammates in the right way. He gets on teammates, but he’s real with them. The kids respect it and they know it comes from a genuine place.”>>

Providence just landed the 23rd ranked player in the 2025 class, per 247 composite rankings.

Hopefully momentum won’t continue with Fears. New commit is a big, so no positional overlap there.

Do they have the NIL resources for both?
