Kon Knueppel and Patrick Ngongba II are committed to Duke and did not make it. Mizzou, Baylor and Georgia all have guys ranked higher than us who also did not make it.

Yep. Hard to claim conspiracy. One of our insiders suggested he was going to make it. Was really hoping we could pull some strings and get it done.

Not the end of the world but would have been nice.

Yeah it feels like they targeted some very specific HS programs. I have absolutely zero knowledge. But wouldn’t surprise me if there is lobbying and politicking from the schools that seem to get kids picked. If you’re a Knueppel or a Morez who stays local for school, you’re just not going to get a look.

For anyone wondering, I wanted to look at the rankings and see where the players were coming from... just looks like Morez got squeezed out. Some of the players ranked below him who made it play for Prolific Prep or Overtime Elite, which probably did not hurt their cause.

True but I find it hard to believe there are 4 true post players in the country better than Morez. He got better each and every year and that may have been his undoing in making this team.

Here's how I did it in a mac terminal (assuming you already have python 3 installed)

0a. download the file as votemorez.py or whatever you want to name it.
0b. set up a python virtual env: python -m venv virtualenv (optional)
1. install latest selenium: pip install selenium
2. open a text editor, replace line 14 in the code with just this: driver = webdriver.Chrome(options=chrome_options)
3. run the file: python votemorez.py
