I would have guessed just the opposite with the portal now so prominently in play. Was sorta hoping for a shot at Thornton and Gayle.A lot of those kids will likely stay depending on the direction Ohio State goes ...

Have you seen him before games? He hardly ever misses and his shot looks very smooth. I think that he will definitely be a 3 pt. shooting threat, at least enough that teams will have to close out on him hard. I was very pleasantly surprised at his shooting from outside. The last game where Amani played significant minutes is the first time I saw the potential for a breakout next year. He has a solid built, nice fundamentals, good mobility up and down the court, and can possibly shoot 3's. Pair this with Morez who seems to have a similiar skill set and you have an inside/outside interchangable game. I'm not sure what will happen to Dain next year, I hope he returns but I wouldn't blame him if he didn't considering his mintues.
Believe we need to solve a couple of issues next year, mainly 3pt shooting. Having Ty and Sincere on the court will not give you 3's unless there is a massive improvement. I can see trying to get another Domask type player and closest thing to a TSJ in the portal.

Out of Baltimore so this has to be a Chester recruit. I hadn't heard this name before. Is this a promising backup option, someone we are newly prioritizing, or other?Daquan Davis, Florida State Seminoles, Point Guard

Found a picture of himWe've got some interest ... Tough kid ... Word I got from my guys down at OTE was gritty ... Good shooter ... Willing defender ... Great court vision ... Leader ...
He's a take for me ...

So...you're saying his growth plates are open? I'm inAfter doing some cursory research, like this kid, he seems like a baller. Really been tearing it up lately for OE. But, looking at our roster, he's probly a hedge on one of our frosh guards bolting (just to be clear, he's probly an upgrade over Nico (much better D))
BTW, his Xwitter page lists him as 6' 1".
Wow, Morez may be our best recruit ever!
