Storr definitely might improve as a junior, but he also might not. It is not a guarantee. There are too many red flags for me.You don't expect a true sophomore to get better and mature as a player? It's always mind blowing to me how so many can look at an underclassmen and judge them as if they are a finished product. Almost across the board the one thing that gets better with experience is decision making. Which is exactly what Storr needs to really become elite.
