If this gets granted, there needs to be a 5-year moratorium minimum on any talk of our program being cursed.

As long as Ty, Luke, Dain, Dra, Amani and Sencire are not among the 1 or 2 transfers from our current roster that are leaving, I'm ok with it. Really want to keep this young group of players that has bought into the ILLINI chemistry and culture together as the foundation for the portal transfers to join and blend with. Every Day Guys for me, even if it means one or two less potentially more talented transfers.

That leaves only Moretti.

Wolf is definitely a good contrast from Dain. Probably fits better than Reed would, although I would rather have Reed I think. Both sophomores .... will be a very interesting portal that is for sure!

Storr is from Illinois and previously committed to Illinois. He is likely further ahead of TSJ st same stage. If he is in the portal, possibly best replacement for TSJ. Add Crews as a Domask replacement and possibly a Knect type player to replace Coleman. Like Kylan but will have plenty guards next year, what do we do with Sincere, Ty, Moretti, and Gibbs.

We will need to add some big time transfers to go with those guys if we are to realistically contend for another championship.

it’s hard to play all 13 guys on the roster. Even if Jakstys redshirts, it’ll be hard to keep 12 guys happy with playing time

Watched him play a few times this year and I know hes a stash guy but with our momentum I would much rather have that ride open. I trust Brad way more than me on evals so we will see what happens

Nothing is guaranteed, but would you rather spend big nil on your 13th player who won’t get any game action. That money is better used towards us getting an alpha

4 transfers means Luke Goode gone (he already graduated), 5 means Moretti gone. Or swap the two. Imo.

I expect Goode will stay. I imagine Sencire, Nico, and DGL could be possibilities.
